Hi There Everyone! I am at the point in my business where I am ready to hire my first employees to help me with the workload and to grow my business. Any advice or tips?

Hire character. Train skill. - Peter Schutz. -- In other words, hiring employees with great character is really important. You want employees who are passionate about your niche or industry. Also, in the long run, its better to hire two employees who excel in two different areas instead of having one employee that is responsible for both areas of work. Hope these tips help, best of luck!
