Title: Low site traffic & abandoned carts.

Website traffic/Abandoned carts. Hi everyone, I launched my new website. We are based in Ontario, Canada.

I love how it looks-but traffic has been very low-and I've more abandoned carts than sales.

I don't have a lot of experience with keywords/bumping my organic searches and to be honest because I'm a niche market selling to spa professionals and nail techs, there aren't many keywords for paraffin wax refills.

I know shipping has a large part in our abandoned orders-so I've discounted the shipping calculator-but I'm taking a loss because I'm not big enough to get larger discounts on shipping.

Our product is heavy, most people purchase 6-10 lbs of wax...
I think the shipping still might be too high?

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong and truth be told, I'm not sure how to fix it.

Does anyone have any advice/books to recommend that will help?
I'd be most grateful for any feedback.

My website is

I did notice you have different payment methods including credit card and paypal icons on the bottom of your screen, but I would also recommend putting them where the shopper can see them when they make an order. Having a website does not translate to sales, it takes more effort to be involved physically and virtually on social media and events. You can not depend on google to bring you sales, you must go after prospects.
