That was a quick and very informative video.. Great content that was easy to follow and accomplish. I started to make a change to my health and already do some of the stuff that you suggested.

As an Entrepreneur that works at home, I have to worry more about having company than alone time. I think adding some offline time to our daily life will help to disconnect too.
