I used to feel fatigued after lunch. Then I started having a snack at around 11: a.m., having a late lunch around 1 or 1:30 and going out for a short brisk walk before eating my lunch. I also upped the amount of vegetables at lunch, along with some good protein and some carb. These changes made a huge difference. I now recommend these to my clients and they also feel a lot more energetic during the afternoon.
