Exercise: The Back Stretch
Context: Entrepreneurs spend most of their day at their desk, in their cars, or attending meetings. When in this position, the neck and back muscles tend to raise up and remain elevated, especially if tense or stressed. The back stretch is a great exercise to loosen the back and neck and get the blood flowing to help relax these tight muscles.
Notes on Form: Stand tall and extend your arms. Let your shoulder blades stretch out and push your arms forward, arching your back like a cat would stretch, and then retract. Repeat.
