Exercise: Single Leg Reverse Lunge

Context: Keep your endurance and strength up with this excellent exercise that works your entire leg. Entrepreneurs need energy to make it through the day and the single leg reverse lunge gives you exactly that by strengthening your leg while also working your heart. This is also a great exercise for stretching out your hips.

Notes on Form: Stand tall and face forward. With your hands at your waist, reverse into a lunge where your knee is a couple of inches off the ground and then come back to your starting position.
