Exercise: Push Up Position with Leg Bend.

Context: Build full strength all over by working your arms, chest, shoulders, abs and legs with this exercise. This is a great option for those entrepreneurs looking to strengthen their abs without doing any crunches. 

Notes on Form: Keep your arms directly underneath your shoulders. Tighten your abs and flex your legs forward one at a time and extend back out.
