Exercise: Waist Stretch
Context: A stiff back and lower back pain can sometimes stop entrepreneurs from doing everyday things like sitting through a meeting. This stretch is excellent for loosening up the lower back and surrounding muscles.
Notes on Form: Stand with your legs apart and without bending them, reach to one side by extending the waist, then switch to the other side.
