Exercise: Reverse Lunge
Context: Feel awake and energized instantly with this great exercise that involves all of your leg muscles. The reverse lunge requires no equipment and can be done anywhere in 5 minutes.
Notes on Form: Stand tall with hands on your hips and feet together. Reverse back into a lunge so that your knee is one inch off the ground, and then come back to your starting position. Switch legs.
