Porter Airlines strives to make flying as comfortable as possible for its passengers, and Robert Deluce, Porter’s CEO, maintains a strong focus on hospitality and customer service. With welcoming lounges, complimentary snacks and friendly staff, Porter embodies the concept of flying refined.
But hospitality is only one side of the story. Deluce has the feisty spirit of all true entrepreneurs – he has overcome several obstacles and taken Porter from two planes and a team of 200 back in 2006 to 26 planes and 1400 team members.
