Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jared March paid his dues - primarily through tuition fees. March is a 29 year old former lawyer who graduated from a joint MBA/JD program from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Socking Behaviour is an e-commerce business that carries the leading brands of men's socks, with over 150 styles to choose from, and a curated selection of other men's accessories including handmade ties. It provides an easy environment for men to find socks that fit their personality without having to leave their home. The site also offers a Sock of the Month for the guy who can't decide which ones to choose.

YouInc correspondent Eric Fallon caught up with March to talk about the highs and lows of striking out on one's own.
