There’s no question that traveling is exhausting for our minds and bodies. When we’re tired and working in another city, it’s especially easy to push off exercise for sleep, as well as healthy eating for fast food. With a little preparation, staying fit on the road is easier than you think. A light-weight exercise mat can be carried onto a flight, exercise bands easily roll up in a bag, and local gyms are only a Google search away.

Getting setup is simple with these three YouTubers who believe in no fuss workouts. From an actor yogi, to a fitness guru, and a mother on the move, these women give us exercise options to suit our schedule, space, and spending.

Adriene Mishler, Yoga With Adriene

Adriene Mishler is a true gem in the yoga world. Her career as an actor and yogi makes for authentic, inclusive, and entertaining videos. Adriene is good at making people laugh and reminds us that we don’t have to be so serious all the time. She credits her parents, especially her mother, for raising her in an environment where yoga was practiced as an integral part of each day.

For the past four years, Adriene has been creating yoga videos from her home in Austin, Texas, often with her dog Benji popping up in the background. Her motto, find what feels good, has captivated a global following of more than one million YouTube subscribers. Heading into a meeting and only have 10 minutes? Pull up yoga for confidence. Feeling a little anxious? There’s yoga for anxiety. Do you like to wind down before bed? Try yoga for bedtime. However you’re feeling on the road, Adriene has a routine for you.

Kelli Segars and Daniel Segars are the dynamic American couple behind Fitness Blender, a collection of YouTube workouts intended to empower anyone who wants to get fit. Kelli specifically has an empowering story that we love. She found strength out of an eating disorder to lose 40 pounds and now encourages women to regain their health through exercise.

Filmed from their home studio for a following of more than three million people, Kelli and Daniel create routines that cover beginner basics and heart-thumping cardio; a 10-minute ab workout to a challenging 25-minute routine for people who get bored easily.

Our favourite: Better Posture Workout - Exercises to Improve Posture and Prevent Hunched Shoulders is a 20-minute video to improve posture; a go-to video for a good stretch after a day of meetings.

Sarah Dussault, Sarah FIt

Bostonian Sarah Dussault is a mother, trainer, and lifestyle enthusiast behind Sarah Fit. Sarah travels throughout the US to cities like L.A. and regularly shares how she exercises on the road from a body weight beach workout to a mountain climber push-up combo in the park. Sarah’s shtick? Wherever you are during the day find some space and a few minutes to move your body. She shares how in this recent video.

Sarah Fit started three years ago as a channel for women looking for healthy recipes and workout advice; her videos have since evolved into a destination for working moms who want to stay fit and energized while taking care of their kids. Or, if you want health and fitness videos, minus the baby segments, Sarah suggests checking out her videos on Thursdays.

Our favourite: Sarah’s Travel Workout with Exercise Bands is a full body 20-minute workout suitable for a hotel room or outdoor space.
