Is privacy of personal information a major factor when it comes to BYOD? As it is common for companies to keep track of work emails, documents, etc, having this type of control over someone's personal smartphone, how do you ensure your employees that personal and business information on your phone will be kept separate?

In most current BYOD enablement offerings, information management is made available to govern over company specific data and not impede on the privacy of personal data.  As an example, Microsoft’s Windows Intune offering allows for the creation of a Company Hub which would hold all company specific applications and can be selectively erased without deleting personal data from one’s smartphone should the need arise.
