Don’t Stop!

Want to know why you don’t have new clients? Why you cancelled your event? Why that tele-class didn’t fill up?  It’s because you STOPPED.

What do I mean by that? Simply this:

You stopped making contact with potential clients because you were afraid of what they would say.

You stopped sending your ezine (or any other marketing materials) to your list because you think you are bothering them.

You stopped hitting the phones and talking to people in person to get registrations for your workshop or tele-class because you find it easier to hide behind email.


Why do you stop? Many of you think it’s because there are other (and easier) ways of doing things to grow your business.


It’s because you are not clear on your WHY.

It’s because you don’t have a plan.

It’s because the dream is not strong enough or clear enough.

It’s because your ego gets in the way (translation: fear, discomfort, negative self-talk)

It’s because you lack confidence.

It’s because you may not know how.

It’s because you are working as the lone ranger and think you can do it all yourself.


  1. Get a coach
  2. Create a plan
  3. Work the plan
  4. Adjust as you go
  5. Stay focused
  6. Celebrate along the way
  7. Know your WHY
  8. Focus on progress and not on perfection
  9. Get comfortable being uncomfortable
  10. Keep working ‘it’ right up to the last minute.

DON’T STOP!  Keep making the phone calls right up to the last minute. Keep sending the marketing material.

The majority entrepreneurs don’t know how to make a decision. The majority of entrepreneurs do things at the last minute. BE THERE when they are ready – BE the opportunity they are looking for when they are in pain, frustrated, lonely, broke and don’t know where to turn. BE THERE.

GET OVER YOURSELF  – and stay focused on the people who need and want what you have to offer!
